Computational modeling, design and study of novel materials, for instance,
Phase Change Materials, Topological Insulators, Thermoelectric Materials,
Photocatalysts, Low Dimensional Materials and van der Waals heterostructures et
al; Research
tools include ab initio molecular dynamics computer simulation,
density-functional theory and ab initio quantum mechanical calculations. |
